Board meetings are usually held on the first Tuesday of the month, at 7pm, in the Westlake High School Principal’s conference room. Check with any of the contacts above to confirm meeting time and place.

Prospective speakers must contact the president at president@westlakelacrosse.org by email at least 2 days in advance of a meeting to address the board during “open session.” The email should include a short discussion of the topic the speaker would like to address. Once confirmed the topic will be included on the agenda and you will receive a confirmation email. Note that such "open session" topics will be placed on the agenda on a first come first served basis and should schedule constraints arise, a topic may be deferred to the next monthly meeting. Club members are welcome to observe during “open session” without prior notice (it would be helpful if you let us know, to provide appropriate seating). After the “open session” has concluded, the board will continue with other business.
